Shipping policy

LOCAL PICKUP

• In-store pickup is available during regular store hours.  Your order will be prepared and packaged within 1 business day.  An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup.  
• If you prefer to meet us curbside for pickup, please call or email us to make arrangements.
•  Please have your order confirmation email with you or a government issue picture ID of the purchaser will be necessary to pickup your item.  

LOCATIONS WITHIN THE USA

• Free delivery on all orders over $250 within the continental United States.
• $10 flat rate applies to orders under $250.
• Orders are shipped via USPS.  We reserve the right to ship as we see fit to give you the most efficient service possible.

HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER

• When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available
•  If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@mymarrkpeters.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
